Here's What We're Looking For

IB Publishing is seeking boating enthusiasts to contribute well-written, informative articles for a leading boating website. The articles will focus on powerboating, racing, poker runs and events, sailing, industry news, etc. A solid understanding of these topics is required.

We’re looking for experts who write with a fun, conversational, knowledgeable attitude.

This is a 100% freelance, telecommuting position. Assignments, writing, editing, and submissions are all handled through our online system or through email with the Content Manager. All you need is a computer, Internet access, and the ability to deliver clean, informative and energetic copy.

Requirements include:

• It’s preferred, though not required, that you have a history of writing on these subjects—either professionally, or through your own blog or Facebook.
• Ability to write in a credible, conversational tone on boating and sailing topics.
• Strong research and fact checking skills.
• A passionate enthusiasm for providing relevant information to the online audience.
